Great hometown hardware store with exceptional employees and management. True values willingness to go the extra mile for the customers making certain what you get is of quality and will get the job done. World needs more stores like this over the big box giants that care less about the consumer. Only recommendation is to update their key making machine or to order more types of blanks to allow for more options to be copied. Goes great next to batteries and bulbs next-door have always been super helpful as well. Two stop shop one location? Do you offer contractor accounts?

I have had screens replaced here twice. They are very friendly & are not overpriced. They get them back pretty quickly. I like the small town feel of the employees @ this store. Based on the bigger home improvement stores, TruValue is hands down,the BEST for customer service!

Sooo handy to have just a few blocks away. Yes, the Mega stores are just a few miles away....but these smaller stores have much more attentive staff and just feel more neighborly. Had a backup door key made for my car, did not need to have the chip it is as it was just going to be for the door...I have a horrible habit of locking the keys inside the vehicle and my car is not new enough to be smarter than I am. They cut the key and it worked great. Thank you!

As a local resident of Lincoln for the past 10 years I have visited Glenn’s true value hardware store so many times and each and every time I have been struck by how helpful the staff are! I am not the most handiest of people and whenever I go to this store, I either need something screwed-on, removed, peeled-off or some thing else off of my vehicle that I am not confident of doing myself. There’s one young man called Max among all staff, who definitely deserves a shout out. I was over at the store today to have a vanity license plate screwed on to the front of my vehicle. As soon as I explained what I wanted to Max, he said he would take care of the whole thing end to end. He came out to my vehicle, inspected the license bracket and removed the screws that were previously affixed to the license bracket and told me that those screws were the wrong size. He then read the instructions that came with the vanity license plate package, went back into the store, came back with the right-sized screws and affixed all four screws for me in a matter of minutes A few months ago, I had to do the exact same exercise with another of my vehicles and at that time, there was another young man who worked at the store who performed the same service for me with the same excellence. I am always blown away by the humility, politeness, cheerfulness and helpfulness of everyone on the staff who works here I will definitely be patronizing this business as long as we live here in Lincoln

Super helpful staff.... Had to go in to get a few items and one within moments of me kind of looking around to see you where I needed to go I had at least two people happy to help me find the exact products I needed

They usually have the small things I go in for and are very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. It seems like the staff really cares about customer service. The location is convenient, however with small children it's slightly difficult to get into the store without a ramp (only stairs) and no automatic door.

My neighborhood hardware store. They keep a decent selection of things on hand which frequently saves me a much longer trip to the big box store. I probably know the nuts and bolts aisle as well as some of the employees after 15 years of going there.
