What if my project isn't on the list above? 

• Not a problem! Ask our handyman if it's a project he can do for you. If he is able to help you, he will.

How much does it cost?

• We have a minimum 3 hour job rate of  $180 and a full day job rate of $500.  Any exceptions, please reach out to our handyman directly.

What happens if my project takes more than minimum job hour fee?

• Our handyman will advise you when he arrives at your home if he envisions your project will take more than the three hour minimum. Upon your written request for additional time over the three hours of handyman service, you will be billed at a rate of $59 an hour (billed in 60-minute increments) for any additional time. Payment for service is required when the handyman departs from your home. Cash, check or credit card are excepted.

Are there any purchases required in addition to the job fee?

• No. However, you are required to be a member of the GTV Membership Rewards program to use the service. We also ask that if you are having our handyman repair or replace something that the materials be purchased from GTV if possible.

Do I have to provide any tools?

• Maybe. Our handyman will come to your home with a toolbox of standard tools and an 8-foot ladder. If your project requires special equipment, that will be an additional cost for tool rental or purchase.

How far will the handyman travel?

• This service is currently available within the city limits of Lincoln, NE.

What services are not provided by the handyman?

• Any project requiring a professional license or permit
• Any project expected to take more than 4 hours
• Snow Removal
• Anything that requires lifting more than 50 lbs

Does the job hour begin when the handyman leaves the store or begins the project at my house?

• The one hour of time starts when the handyman departs from our store at 70th & Van Dorn. The good news is, there is no charge for mileage within city limits.
